1. R U OK? Day — Article

R U OK? Day is an important reminder to check in with the people around us and ask how they are really going. It is also an opportunity to consider our own wellbeing and extend the same patience, fairness and compassion to ourselves that we would offer a friend.

Supporting someone does not mean having to solve their problems. Listening without judgement, remaining available and showing that you genuinely care can make a meaningful difference.

2. Take Time to Check In This R U OK? Day

On Thursday, 10 September 2026, NGCRSL members can participate in a full day of online R U OK? Day activities through the MindRazr app.

Sessions run hourly from 5.00 am until 10.00 pm and include movement, stretching, relaxation and focus activities. Special R U OK? Day presentations will also be held at 11.00 am and 2.00 pm.

3. Free Spring Wellbeing Sessions with MindRazr

MindRazr’s Spring Wellbeing Program provides free online sessions every weekday throughout Spring.

Most sessions run for 10–20 minutes and include seated exercise, workouts, boxing fitness, Pilates-inspired movement, yoga-inspired stretching, relaxation, breathing exercises, tai chi-inspired activities and mood boosters.

One-hour deep-focus sessions featuring ambient soundscapes are also available at 10.00 am and 3.00 pm each weekday.

Registration and activity within MindRazr are completely private and are not shared with anyone. For assistance, email support@mindrazr.com.
